1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CDL Master Prep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CDL Master Prep provides CDL exam preparation tools including practice tests, flashcards, AI coaching, pre-trip inspection simulators, progress tracking, and career tools. The Service is available on web and mobile platforms.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Purchases and Payments
CDL Master Prep offers one-time purchases: Lifetime ($14.99) and Pro Lifetime ($24.99), plus individual endorsement study packs at $4.99 each. All payments are processed through our secure payment provider. These are one-time purchases — no recurring fees or subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days, contact support for a refund.
5. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a paid purchase within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund by contacting support. Refunds are not available for lifetime purchases after 30 days of use.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: sharing account credentials, attempting to reverse engineer or hack the platform, using the Service for illegal purposes, or interfering with other users' access. Violations may result in account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on CDL Master Prep, including questions, explanations, flashcards, software, and designs, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While our practice questions are designed to help you prepare, we do not guarantee you will pass any specific CDL exam. Official CDL exams are administered by state agencies.
9. Limitation of Liability
CDL Master Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
